Make an transition. What does it output?

I was just joking, the mini-USB port is used to use the device as external storage device, to put ebooks on it, or to copy files from it to PC.

Is the connector besides T21 used? Where is the touchscreen connected maybe that is another USB port?

Not sure about what you mean. The connector near T21 is the touchscreen connector.

I also thought about it: do touchscreen use USB interface?!? (I see 4 pins).

The connector looks similar as for netbook keyboard. Does keyboard uses USB not sure as it seems too simple... Sadly it seems that it is not USB as the 4 wires connect to ADC converter. They are general purpose wires.

Code:
The touch screen interface supports 4-wire resistive touch screens, which work by applying a
voltage across the vertical or horizontal resistive network and measuring the change in
resistance at a given point on the matrix where the screen is touched by an input stylus, pen
or finger. The change in the resistance ratio marks the location on the touch screen.

my tablet has no keyboard, only touchscreen.

yes I no but I think the keypad goes in the same place as touch screen. It could be used as last resort. Firstly try USB-mini to USB connnector.

Connected mouse to mini-USB: does not even light up
Tested touchscreen pins: 3.3V ,0V, 0V, 0V.

Idea: google "touchscreen working principle"

Shocked

Do I need just a couple of resitors to emulate the touchscreen?
Damn, where did I put my magic board??? Laughing

Yes it seems so. For 2 pins there are applied +3.3V and -3.3V(GND) and then other two pins is the changed voltage for X or Y coordinates. So it is simple to simulate that with resistors or potentiometers. The same 4-pin connector is used for attaching keypad but Anyka CPU supports only one interface simultaneously. Either keypad or touchscreen can be connected but not both. If touchscreen is enabled in ROM then keypad can't be attached to 4-pin connector.

Magic board - LoL lol!
