anyka 926 wont start pls help

I have
Version:1.90
Hardware Version:3.0
CPU: ARM 926EJ-S 248MHz
Release SV125
RAM: 128M
Video decode:1
color: black
RAM: 128 MB
Flash: 2GB
OS: WIN CE 5.0

I went into the bios
I got the following Screen Message:
System upgrade:
1.Format Nand disk
2.Format XIP disk
3.Format Flash2 disk
4.Update XIP
5.Update Eboot
ESC.Exit
I formated flash2 and xip and for nand disk its stuk
i turned off and now wil not start a all
i have the 1.9rom,driver and burn tools
pls help

Just reflash with 1.9ROM.

Why did you go into BIOS? It was password protected for a reason  

yes but the pc not recognized him:( 
there is any way to write the rom?

How to make my anyka netbook to be recognize by pc?

To flash you need:
1. USB-USB cable
2. Download 1.9 ROM. Anyka device drivers are included in download.

Ok, you have the usb-usb cable. When you connect usb-usb cable when netbook is off does it turn on? If jumper is connected does it ask for drivers? What Windows (XP/Vista/W7) do you have on your PC?

i have win xp pro sp3
i conect the netbook to the pc , turned off with the jumper conected
when ii conect the usb the 3 leds in the right is flasin once and then do nothing, on the pc not apper the wizard with the new hardware found
the led flash when i try to turn on the nrtbook with juper off
only black screen

Do you use front or back USB port?

the back usb port , why?

I mean back USB port of PC because front ports sometimes doesn't have a good connection. What USB cable you have? Is it simple straight cable without dongle in middle?

the usb cable its made by me from 2 old pc mouses and is tested with a multimeter and with a camera and its working

If cable is working it should show up in device manager. Also if jumper is off and cable is connected it should turn on by itself. Does burntool show anything?

i dont see any change in device manager, the pop-up with new hardware found no show,in burn tools everithig is in grey all this with jumper on, with jumper off the netbook no start only the 3 leds in the right is flashing once

Strange, it should popup "new hardware found" when jumper is connected. You connect cable to back USB port of netbook?
Also maybe the cable is not good, try to switch "Data+" and "Data-" pins.
