win ce to linux how is the procedure with sd card?

i bought this 2 laptop...

That laptop have win ce o.s. I need to change in linux or other I need procedure…
Because I have more problem:
No connect with activesync trought cable to desktop computer
I can’t see video online because ask to me new browser and flash player or java script
I need to install some program but isn’t compatible with win ce when i copy and past trought sd

how i do?
