charging problem...

hello!
i am new to anyka miniook laptop.. but i have several problems with this devise...
my laptop doesn't charge batteries... and after connecting to external power laptop is getting hot more less in place where is connection of board with batteries.
if anyone would tell me what is :
1. voltage and resistance at nodes of of battery connection ( when battery is disconnected)
2. resistance at external power supply input
3. resistance of battery

How long have you used this netbook.

i personally. hmm... 3 days but i bought it as "used".
