I got a big problem

Hello.I`m a new member here.I`ve just got a second hand Allfine PC703 Netbook.Works fine no problem.But i got a huge problem with my software.I got Windows CE 5.0 but in german and i`m romanian.So i would like to reinstall a clean version on it.So if you guys can help me with some links to a good Windows CE 5.0 download and how to install it on my netbook.Thanks in advance

So i`ve managed to reinstall Windows CE in english.But left and right click don`t work.And the lights from baterry, power,think, num, caps lock don`t work.What can i do?

Well...I don`t know.I haven`t reflashed it.A friend of mine did it.
