installing windows ce on arm problem

i have a 7" netbook china and i want to make a new installation of windows ce 5 any one know how to make a fresh installation as new, because i
have a lot of applications missings. i made everything it doesn t work

You need the burntool.exe, a host PC, male-male usb cable, and the ROM of Wince 5, this one here works with the 1.9V ROM (look at page 2)

my netbook is DISGO NET BROWSER 3000. I want to format and install wince 5 or 6
but I can't . Someone help me please. how to set bios or anyway to do it. Thanks.
