Recycle Bin
If you want remove (or show) a Symbol like "My Computer" and/or the "Recycle Bin" on the Desktop you must do a little change in the Registry:
Key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ Explorer \ Desktop, there are two character strings:
{000214A0-0000-0000-C0000-000000000046} = "My Computer"
{000214A1-0000-0000-C0000-000000000046} = "Recycle Bin"
The Anyka has only 1 Entry for "My Computer". You can add the second with a Registry-Editor and the Function "New String Value". Than you enter the String for the "Recycle Bin" an the Waste-Paper Basket is on the Desktop!
By deletion these character strings the symbols can provide be removed or repaired, the values again (thus the names of the symbols on the Desktop can be naturally also changed)
