S Mini Notebook CE 5.0

Hello,
My friend has forgotten their windows password for their S Mini notebook running on CE 5.0 I'm able to get into the bios on the notebook and get these options

1.Format Nand disk
2.Format XIP disk
3.Format Flash2 disk
4.Update XIP
Update Eboot
6.Reboot

Now I just thought I should ask before I go messing. Would I be right in thinking option 3 will reset the password for windows?
