as the title suggests, i recently am in posession of a non-functioning EPC mini netbook. problem is that the netbook got stuck on the WinCE boot screen. so from what i've read on the net, the only way to recover it is to flash it..so can anyone guide me on how to flash? the softwares, files and procedures.

I have, the same problem , after i reflash my pc703 doesn´t power on anymore. Any one knows how can i recover? thanks.

never mind my quesion. i have been able to reflash my epc-702 successfully..good thing i came across this forum and managed to revive my dead epc~ Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy
