i shorted the DL-JUMPER, but windows xp said an unknown device was found, no m3chip usb...what can i do..

I break it up, and replace the wifi with my usb-usb cable and windows said new device found, i can reflash the book, but unfourtunately, i reflash the v1.9 and it is now bricked..... i am still trying
