hi i have mindtech MT-402W1 with microsoft CE 5 installed
all the interface is in iatian language
i want to know if il can install windows XP Or
change the language in french or english

ARM processors are not compatible with WinXP.

You could try to reflash with one of the english ROMs. What is original ROM version? If the original is 1.83 ROM, then DO NOT try to reflash with different ROMs because they do not work and there is no 1.83ROM for download so you won't be able to restore.
