Allfine Netbook refuses to go online.

we bought our children an Allfine PC703 netbook each for Christmas and they worked fine when we bought them about 3 months back. One is still working fine, but the other goes online, then, almost immediately, goes back to the Windows screen. We've tried the reset button numerous times, but our son hasn't yet been able to use it. Any advice would be very welcome. Thanks.

Try to hold shift key while windows is loading.

Thanks for that. Unfortunately, while it did get me online straight away, once the home page loaded, it went straight back to the windows screen. I've tried wifi and ethernet connections, but every time we get the home page loaded it exits the net.
