Is there a working program for serial communication?
I just tried PUTTY but it gives me an error: COM1 cannot be opened.
teraterm does not wont to run.

did someone know how to enable "direct connection". I think when this check box is available COM port will work.

Im thinking this is disabled for these devices, even with a USB cable connected mine stays grayed out/disabled.

I also checked that the usb pc connection in the control panel was enabled, but it hasn't seemed to have helped.
