no boot after power run out

Hi I new to this form. I got this new laptop off of ebay last week. it was great until the battery ran out. now it doesn't even boot when I plug it in. This is b*******. How to make this work?

It was called generic mini 7. There isn't a name on it. the ebay xspecs said ARM AK7800.

Try to push reset button, hold it, the push poweron and then release reset. What happens? If it doesn't help, remove the battery for a minute and then try again.
