For all intents and purposes, no.

However, once linux is functional page swapping extension over USB should be. This works in a completely different way, but to an end user the end result is greater RAM at the cost of limiting your usb SSD's lifespan and a hit on net processor speed as the OS deals with coordinating between RAM and this much slower type of memory.

This process can be done on most modern IA32 based OSes. Check it out, its cool. Its like a Linux SWAP partition.
