换机后纯净版的机子gps搜星搜不到

第一台带儿童模式的装了凯立德搜星正常，后来因电池问题换了台不带儿童模式的，结果搜不到星，基至在连接wifi情况下都不能定位，高德，图吧也一样搜不到星，但连接wifi时正常，安装了专用搜星软件同样搜不到一颗星，这个是系统的问题还是gps模块的问题？难道还要刷回到儿童模式的版本？
